We lose exclusivity to the block of hotel rooms set aside for the Fest as of February 4th or thereabouts.
After that date one risks a sold-out hotel, and one also risks paying a much higher room rate. If you haven't priced hotel rooms in suburban Philadelphia lately, the $97 rate we have for the Fest is a very attractive rate for this class of hotel... If you know you're coming, it would also be a help if you can get your Fest registrations taken care of as well. Knowing how many are coming helps John & me greatly when it comes to managing hotel expenses and planning for raffle prizes. Many thanks! Rich & John
