I wish I could ride Amtrak to the 'Fest. Unfortunately my only options in that
regard would be Cleveland to NYC to Philly, or Cincinnati to DC to Philly.
Either way I would have to drive from Columbus and leave my car at either
Cleveland or Cincinnati; not an attractive option.
I used to do Cleveland-NYC (Dad would take me to the train station at
oh-dark-hundred) and then ride to the 'Fest with fellow Scum Ed Muro, but since
my folks moved to Kentucky in 2007 that's no longer an option.

Tom, it was nice to see you again this year....when I got home I called
Sarah, my mother-in-law and she remembers the warm welcome she recieved
from everyone in 2007 and she asked how things went this year.
I walked into the house late Monday morning, the Amtrak ride back was
relaxing and half the cost of what the airlines wanted!
