A radio listening hobby publishing era comes to an end.
Perhaps at this year's SWLfest someone could do a retrospective talk
about all the printed radio listening hobby magazines that came and
went, and what non-paper alternatives now exist.

Actually Al PopComm magazine is not going away per se just the printed
version. It is being merged with CQ?s WorldRadio and CQ VHF mag into a
new electronic only magazine to be called CQ Plus.
So as of February 2014 we will no longer have any printed magazines
devoted strictly to the radio listening hobby published here in the
United States.
Truly a passing of an era.
