A great article! One of the best rebuttals to the rise of FM broadcasting and 
the Internet I have seen. Western broadcasters are indeed surrendering valuable 
persuasive tools (and invaluable SW spectrum) in the name of economy - we may 
yet live to regret these unfortunate decisions. Much of the third world can't 
access the Internet or FM radio, so who are we fooling?
