A reminder that registrations have to be postmarked (or timestamped, if you're registering via paypal) by 1/31 to get the cheaper rate.
Also the hotel can resell from our reserved block of rooms as of that date, and they can choose not to honor the $104 rate after that. So get those cards and letter coming in...
