On Monday, I visited some of the Baltimore area stores which are closing. One
clerk was ringing up "Final" sales and apologizing for being on the phone at
the same time with a prospective employer. In the past year, the three stores
where I regularly shop seemed to have younger employees probably under 30 years
of age and a lot of turnover. I'm sure we all did our best to keep Radio Shack
in business over the years.
