See below; Lou Josephs joined us for a couple Fests back in the early 2000s. I remember a forum he did on WRUL / WNYW Shortwave that I thoroughly enjoyed - as WNYW was the best example of a "commercial" shortwave station using ads, not time sales, for revenue.
