The room rate without breakfast is one generally offered to the public by the hotel and the third-party booking sites. It is not a Fest contracted rate, nor do we receive credit towards our room block.
I think we are okay because we have taken enough rooms to meet our commitment. But leakage to other rates does impair our planning ability when it comes time to establish next year's contract.
