To say that the hotel reservation clerks sometimes make mistakes
(usually in the hotel's favor) would be an understatement ;-)
There must be an actual deadline date, and everyone should be advised
what it is, both here on the SWLfest list and on the swlfest.com website.
Same goes for the deadline date for buying a conference admission
ticket at a lower rate than the onsite price.
Maybe this info was already posted and I missed it. If so, I'd
appreciate it being posted again. Thanks!

I just accepted my fate! This will be my sixth visit to the SWLfest
and every year I have never succeeded in getting the SWL rate with
the included breakfast. I just unlucky I guess! :)
