Rich,

The meeting room where you spoke to our Holmesburg AR Club was at the
Philadelphia Protestant Home in NE Philly. They have several smaller rooms
like that, though I’m not sure anything large enough to accommodate SWLFest’s
plenary sessions. Nice place, access to public transit, plenty of parking.
You might inquire:

More ideas:

1. The Warminster ARC meets at the Ben Wilson Senior Activity Center, 580
Delmont Ave., Warminster, PA 18974 They have one large room with folding
chairs and tables, not sure if any smaller rooms.

2. The Warminster ARC holds their annual auction(*1st* Sunday in May,
incidentally) at the student center of Bucks County Community College, Lower
Bucks Campus(not main campus), Route 413 near I-95, Bristol PA(nominally).
It's mostly a commuter campus, so student center is usually available, though
maybe not Thurs and Fri, dunno…they may have space available weekdays? The
hamfest uses the whole first floor(exhibits, cafeteria, etc.) and there are
roomy forum rooms on second floor. Real nice modern building, plenty of
parking.

3. Cannstatter Volksfest Verein (German-American club that accommodates lots of
events, from small folk festival to history fairs.
https://www.cannstatter.org/
(browser tab to "Private Events"). Tel. 215-332-0121 i...@cannstatter.org
9130 Academy Rd.(near Frankford Ave.) in NE Philly

Hope these suggestions are helpful, and maybe I’ll think of more later. The
Warminster and Bristol venues would probably be better for hotel proximity.
