Contrary to speculation that Ten Tec is
gone they are at Hamvention and promoting a new radio, the Omni 8 for this
Fall, and a new antenna and amps. I stand corrected. Displayed at their booth
was a RX-340. According to Bishop the Omni 8 will be in the $2k range. No
mention of any new life for the RX-340.
