Hey, Eric, I live about a mile from the Allentown Fairgrounds location...I'll ask around. I have no experience with any of their dishes myself. I am not personally a shoofly pie fan. Too sweet for me.
It would be tough for me to swing past there on the way to the Fest, as the Fairgrounds Farmers Market is only open Thursdays-Saturdays, and I'll already be in Kulpsville by then.
