Approximately 1 - 3 inches of snow are forecast; it is supposed to start at roughly 8 AM and last until 6 PM. With this type of weather pattern there is little risk of freezing rain / sleet, so the snow will be an annoyance but nothing more. Otherwise Thursday through early Sunday should be fine; chilly Thursday but gradually warming. Rain is expected Sunday but it will be nearly 50 degrees.
