[Swlfest] DRM transmissions to the Fest

We hope a couple more DRM transmissions will be added before the Fest.

I will be arriving at the hotel Thursday morning around 9:00 a.m. Anyone
there Wednesday afternoon/evening or earlier Thursday morning, with DRM
receiving gear, please proceed with your reception attempts. Ed Mauger
should have the HF antenna installed, snow permitting. 

Note especially the Vatican Radio transmission from Santa Maria at
1300-1400 UTC on 15460.
