At Tim Lemmon's excellent Thursday forum on "Cool Software for the SWL", a 
discussion came up about the sources used by various sites from which data can 
be imported into some of the software mentioned, and how reliable they are.   
One of these was Primetime Shortwave (primetimeshortwave.com).   Below is a 
posting from the PrimetimeShortwave e-mail list (used for posting occasional 
announcements and updates) which I thought would help to answer the question.

Incidentally, PrimeTimeShortwave, from which English SW schedules to North 
America target sorted by time or country can be obtained in text, Excel, and 
other formats, is an excellent resource on its own, even without using the 
software suggested in the forum (or if you have a Mac so you can't use said 
software).
