Hello. We have DSpace 1.6.2 version on our repository (Digital.CSIC, http.//digital.csic.es) and hence SWORD 1.3 version. We have been generating items for upload through SWORD application in the METSDSpaceSIP format, but we are encountering the following problem: when generating the part related to metadata description following EPDCX schema there are a few fields (subject, publisher, contributor, rights and so on) that we cannot implement on this XML. Is it possible to define these fields in the EPDCX schema or it is unavoidable to lose metadata info? If it is possible to define them, we would be very grateful if you could let us know.
Last but not least, we have seen that in the Type field given values refer to a controlled vocabulary which are not the same as the ones we are using in our repositry. Would it be also possible to replace the given values with ours?
