Hi Jonathan,

Yes: you can use the 'deposit()' function to deposit any type of file.  You 
just need to set the correct Content-Type (and optionally X-Packaging) of the 
file.

However most SWORDv1 implementation will probably not support this.  Depositing 
an atom entry was introduced in SWORDv2.  But SWORD (v1 and v2) are agnostic of 
content types, so if your repository supports the deposit of atom entries via 
SWORD v1, then it will be possible.
