Geoffrey,
The reason to change is it is
confusing to refer to a program as Sword and then refer to a project as Sword.
There is no division between the program and the project. Especially when right
now it comes up, as the name of the program, 'The Sword Project'. I know that
there will be a little bit of confusion with old users but those issues should
not be as big as continuing to be confusing with all the users in the future,
which the current naming system does. Like you said people will get used to
it (I already am!) :) We just need to make a decision on a new name and not drag
it all out. So in my view the easiest thing would be to simply use the 'in
house' name that someone has already come up with.
In Christ,
Jonathan
