Dan,
The unlock keys are not yet back online from the server switch. My guess
is that this is the reason no one has responded yet-- no good answer to
give you. We're just starting to get user accounts set back up and the
keys are managed by Chris Little. Hope we have a good answer for you--
and others-- soon.
