With the release of Borland's Kylix 3 programming environment, I downloaded the Enterprise trial tonight from:
http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_kylix.html and built a project file to build the library libsword.a and one utility to see if it worked. It worked :) I've commited the project files needed to build. You should be able to open the project group file located here: sword/utilities/kylixmake/utilities.bpg
