[sword-devel] Locales

[Will Thimbleby]

With all this talk of locales. Could someone clear up what format the 
locales are in. I can make use of the most of them that seem to be 
given in Latin1, but for Ukranian and Russian they use a different 
encoding. Is there a way of getting the encoding information for these?
