It's a tricky question.  On the one hand, their license terms are pretty 
reasonable.  On the other hand, we already have a valid license that 
doesn't require any payment and is valid in perpetuity.  If we agree to a 
new license, it will make the new copyright holders happy, and get them 
off our backs, but their license has a specific term and they may decide 
not to let us renew such a license.  If they're going to change the terms 
now, who's to say they're not going to change them again to something 
completely unreasonable?
