I contacted Zondervan and after them confusing the Sword Project with e-sword, they said it should not be assumed that there is a NIV module to be �unlocked�, because there isn�t. Of course we know there is one. Anyway they went on to say that they do not own the copyright but the International Bible Society does. Now I am confused�
Zondervan does not own any of the copyrights on it, however, they have the publishing rights for the US. Which means that world wide publishing is going to be a problem. One could get agreements from all the interested parties, but it may be harder than just dealing with a copyright holder.
