A HTML doxygen made API docu is on http://www.crosswire.org/~mgruner/sword-apidoc/html/. > How many developers are on the API project currently? What databases > are being used, if any? Persistant objects? How are people assigned to > different modules or source code files (who is working on what?) Maybe 3-5 developers, but mose are also doing frontends or other stuff. Troy is the project leader and hosting the server, but he's always packed with work. So new developers are a great help! No database is used, Sword uses an own format for the modules. Indexing using clucene (clucene.sf.net, C++ port of Java's Lucene) is in the works. The Sword itself works on Linux, Windows, Mac OS X and others. Frontend exist for Linux, Windows, Mac OS X and several handhelds.
