The format is unclear to me . The Bible is not a validated XML format, no 
header etc. I understand it is the XML dump of paratext, a programme used for 
Bible translation within Wycliff.

There are as far as i could see so far only 5 or 6 different tags used 
throughout the whole Bible and those are pretty ubiquitous, but it could well 
be OSIS. However, I believe a simple search and replace should be enough to 
tarnsfer these few different tags into whatever format would be useful.
