Using BibleCS v1.5.8rc1 on WinXp-Sp2
The "spin-controls" at the upper left allow the chapter # to be 0, and the
verse # to be 0 or -1.
You can specify a book, such as Luke. This will set the "spin controls" to
Chap=1 and Verse=1. Then when you click on the Down arrow/button, you can
specify Chapter# = 0.
Something to consider fixing ... not a biggie.
