Today in the KJV module we have a construct like:

but it could just as well have been translated into a phrase:

Apart from the possibility that some are not tagged correctly (e.g. Gen
7.5), it seems to me that the words that stand before LORD (GOD, YAH or
JEHOVAH...) are not actually part of the divine name.
The problem is that if you apply a style to divineName, it applies to
the entire content.
It may be that it is appropriate that H03068 is translated into a
phrase. If so it is appropriate for the <w>tag to surround more than one
word.
It seems to me that a better way to encode:
<divineName><w lemma="x-Strongs:H03068">the LORD</w></divineName>
would be:
<w lemma="x-Strongs:H03068">the <divineName>LORD</divineName></w>
The problem is that OSIS does not allow for <divineName> to be contained
by <w>. So the above construct does not work.
The best solution I can come up with is:
<w lemma="x-Strongs:H03068">the <seg><divineName>LORD</divineName></seg></w>
