* Uses full sword-api rather than "experimental plug-in subset"

* revised nsis installer using "Modern User Interface"
* Works ok with NET and ESV (see caveat below)
Caveats:
* Only English Bibles (not unicode or commentaries)
* Links and footnotes not supported.
