Now that I look back at SF again, I'm scratching my head too. I would have sworn that I'd seen bugs in there, but I must be mistaken. Sorry for the misinformation. I must have been looking at another project and mistook what I was looking at for Sword.

Maybe you're referring to one of the front-end projects' sites, but on the SWORD Project project page, I can't see anything beyond a basic description, links to CrossWire, and some old news items about downloads (the last of which directs people to go to crosswire.org for downloads in the future).
