After recent "svn up", I notice that something has been done regarding the ToUpper problem, but it is not having the needed effect. As seen in GnomeSword, "Lord's" does not contain the usual HTML formulation: "L<font size=-1>ORD</font>". Cf. NASB Ps 22:28.
