We have standardized on strong: in all OSIS texts. Previously x-Strongs: 
was used.

IIRC, the reason for the change is that x- is a prefix for a 
non-standard type value from among a set of type values. For lemma, it 
is not defined as a type. In this case, a "work id" is appropriate. Work 
ids do not allow for '-'. So x-Strongs: is not a valid work id.
