If there is no source code (contrary to their claim to me - I still have the email) then the GPL offers no recourse to them but ceasing of distribution and no rights to re-start irrespective of whether they want to be compliant or - unless we grant them this right.
I guess the SFLC (Eben Moglen) might provide pro-bono services to us? Also, out of interest, the way I read this you would get 4 CDs - what is on the others and is it accompanied by source?
