The Haitian Creole module FreCrl uses the <WTH .... > tag too! 

63 of the Psalms that have canonical titles number these as verse 1 in most
French Bibles.

These are:

Psalms 3-9, 12-13, 18-21, 30-31, 34, 36, 38-42, 44-49, 51-65, 67-70, 75-77,
80-81, 83-85, 88-89, 92, 102, 108, 140, 142.

BibleCS renders these tags with peculiar double punctuation. 

<WTH 3:1> is rendered as "(3;:1)" in light green font (minus the quotes).

Some front-ends do not process this tag at all. e.g. Bible Desktop.

btw. Do we have a comprehensive list of modules that use this tag ?
