I see only one real advantage of using xbel as format for bookmarks
storage - import local xbel file into browser (that allows to share Bible
bookmarks through bookmarking service). If some one knows more, please
describe on wiki
(http://crosswire.org/wiki/Talk:Frontends:Bookmarks_Standard).
Anyway i think we could accept xbel and proceed with describing
folders/properties.
