Ok everything is working fine now. According xiphos you are allowed to save your bibles in the profile of all users or your own user profile. I saved my bible in a user profile and could open my bible without any problems but the command mod2zmod did not work. The moment I moved the bible under program files in the appropriate directories the problems were gone.
