Hi Joachin, There are 68 versification issues which can be split into two kinds of editing faults:
(a) Duplication of verse reference (44 occurrences) (b) Missing verses (24 occurrences) Some of (a) are the when whole line is duplicated. Some of (b) may be due to duplication of verse reference from the previous verse, even where the text differs. I guess that when the proof-reading focus is on the accuracy of the verse text, it was all too easy to overlook this sort of error, many of which may be due to copy & paste operations.
