FYI. The most recent version of the GoBibleCreator USFM Preprocessor <http://gbcpreprocessor.codeplex.com/> utility for Windows now supports export to ePub from USFM.
Visit the documentation page for further details beyond the announcement. btw. I've not yet tried this new feature, and I'm not the developer. It should go without saying that anyone using this feature must obtain permission of the copyright owner before distributing the ePub.
