Though most front-end apps have a UI option to toggle Strongs & Morph, not all have an option to toggle Lemmas. Xiphos is one that does.
The KJV module from CrossWire has all three switches in the configuration. GlobalOptionFilter=OSISLemma GlobalOptionFilter=OSISStrongs GlobalOptionFilter=OSISMorph and conforms to the note in the wiki that says, that OSISLemma ... Must precede OSISStrongs. In another thread, someone said that OSISLemma is only required when one has something "other than Strongs", and that it provides an "independent means" to display non-Strongs lemmas. In Xiphos, this is not quite true. In Module Options, having Strong's Numbers OFF Lemmas ON Morphology OFF results merely in increasing the line spacing in the main text display. It doesn't display any lemmas. Strong's Numbers ON Lemmas OFF Morphology OFF works as expected. Strong's Numbers ON Lemmas ON Morphology OFF then adds the Greek words of the lemmas into the display. In other words, displaying lemmas is currently not "independent" of Strongs, but "dependent". Of course, one could desire that it be truly independent, and just display the Greek words without the Strongs numbers, but Xiphos would need to be different, as would (I assume) the SWORD engine. What can be said is that Lemmas are "independent" of Morphology. The Morphology setting does not affect the action of toggling Lemmas.
