GlobalOptionFilter=OSISFootnotes GlobalOptionFilter=OSISScripref #GlobalOptionFilter=OSISHeadings There are as yet no notes or xrefs, so the first two filters are superfluous. Yet there are book titles, so the third filter should not have been commented out. I really should have spotted this earlier.
