A few of us received a direct response to this post from Timothy Shen-McCullough. I suspect that with Tim being a new mailing list user, his response awaits moderation.
My direct reply to his email also went into the moderation queue. I think this is because when I registered for sword-devel, Google UK email addresses ended with @googlemail.com Sometime later, Google changed us all to @gmail.com like the rest of the world. I've emailed DM about this admin problem.
