We know IBT use their own tools to convert USFM to OSIS, etc. Or rather they help us by improving our Module Tools that are in the form of scripts.
But they do not have independent module build tools. AFAIK, they use ours. All I'm trying to find out is whether osis2mod can in fact make a dictionary module. If so, it needs further documenting. Maybe John Austin can respond to clarify?
