Module *ESV2011* has this construction (or similar) in 7123 locations: <divineName><w lemma="strong:H03068">Lord</w></divineName>
SWORD filters do not render the word *Lord* with *small-caps* when it's inside the *w* element inserted for *Strong's Numbers*. This would have worked OK, of course, <w lemma="strong:H03068"><divineName>Lord</divineName></w> but that's not what was done by Tyndale House.
