There is an updated 2001 edition of the ESV (ESV2001 on crosswire, version 1.0.2), which did not declare itself an update of the older ESV module (version 1.0.1 on my machine).
1. Does the problem appear in the 1.0.2 version? 2. Is there a way to deprecate the 1.0.1 version without releasing a 1.0.3?
