Not to my knowledge. If much/most of the staff is moving to libera and, from what I've heard, a number of the hardware backers are as well, I imagine all of them are going to be unstable for a while until the new owner spins up and trains replacement hardware and staff on Freenode.
Is this a time to consider a move to an alternative platform altogether? Something like Matrix, which is FOSS, but supports modern uses such as multiple user connections, server-side history, offline messages, plus Video/VOIP for when we want to do another video chat like we did a few weeks back.
