I haven't seen this reported anywhere as of yet, but if it's old news
I apologize.

WFCR Public Radio based in Amherst MA has taken over WNNZ in
Westfield MA (both near Springfield in central Massachusetts), a
formerly commercial AM (MW) outlet which broadcasts on 640 kHz. with
50 kW daytime and 15 kW nighttime, directional antenna. WFCR has
decided--at least for now--to program WNNZ separately. WNNZ has been
adding NPR and PRI content, plus it relays the BBC World Service from
10 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday; and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on
weekends.

The full schedule may be downloaded from <http://www.wfcr.org/about/
WNNZ_program_schedule.pdf>. For ECNA listeners this will be a DX
catch of sorts, the further out you are from central New England.
Here in Halfmoon, NY (just north of Albany and about 100 miles from
the transmitter), I get perfectly listenable daytime and nighttime
reception.
