Under.   I saw the Parks Assoc. report and frankly, those numbers look to be the
"most optimistic" for each segment added all-up.  No other credible report
suggests that satellite radio or HD can generate growth rates that high.  For
satellite that would be growth of 24% per annum, and for HD 92% per annum.
Further, keep in mind that the combined subscribers of DISH and DirecTV don't
yet reach the 30 million number.   Maybe I am wrong, but I'll wager a 12 pack of
Vernors Ginger Ale that I'm not.
