Every once in a while I go looking for US public radio services that have added the BBC World Service to an HD2 or HD3 service, especially instances of 24/7 access to the World Service.
Wichita, Kansas' KMUW-FM is in the process of establishing additional HD subchannels, and its HD3 channel - which will feature the BBC World Service 24/7 - is already being streamed. The service is a 128kbps ASX stream, which provides a higher-quality service than the BBC's own streaming. The only downside is that this service is the news-heavy PRI service offered to US public radio stations. Check it out at http://www.evolutionofkmuw.org/hdradio.php - look for the HD3 stream.
