Poking around Kevin Kelly's Public Radio Fan website, I spotted that Wichita's KMUW features the BBC World Service on its HD3 digital audio service.
It's the same news-heavy schedule that's on Sirius satellite radio. Nice feature about this KMUW stream is that it's a very pleasant 128 kbps bandwidth.
