Ethernet or WiFi connection. http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/support/WMLS11B/download for details. This one has the upgraded firmware, an account with the Linksys radio portal and is ready to go. (Unlike the ones you'll see on eBay with won't do much of anything until a fair amount of effort on your part at setup.) Only handles MP3 streams but that still gives you thousands of choices.
