        and the email I got from the former survey 
        service in March 2009

        And my Yahoo mail account puts all GlobalMinds
        emails into the Spam folder--not my doing but
        automatic from Yahoo's Spam detector.  Many 
        never look there for anything 'trusting the 
        system'.
